Shahi Sadaf seekh kabab is one of my signature starter or appetizer recipe. ,It It is prepared from minced chicken, boiled egg whites, shahi jeera and raisins. This mixture is molded onto skewers and grilled in barbecue.Then the kababs are wrapped with maida dough and grilled again in barbecue.It can be served with green chilli, mint chutney.

Chicken tikka is one of the most popular chicken starter or appetizer from Indian cuisine. Chicken tikka is a cube of chicken that is marinated in spiced yogurt mixture . Chicken is left to soak up for few hours to tenderize naturally and absorb tha flavours. Then the chicken cubes are grilled in tandoor or barbecue.

Chicken hariyali tikka are famous as starters or appetizers. The boneless small chicken pieces are coated with mint and coriander paste and grilled in fire .the mint and coriander give it a beautiful greenish color and a wonderful flavour.

Chicken pieces are cooked in a creamy marinade with yogurt, cheese,ginger,garlic and chilli.There is a balance of flavour from a creamy yogurt along with the heat of the ground chilli paste and warmth from garam masala powder.

Afghani Chicken tikka is a famous in North India made with mild spice s and paste of cream and Cashew nuts.Mainly it is white in color, has little color because of barbecue and it is done medium rare which means it is super juicy and soft inside.

Chicken breast are stuffed with cheese , onion, shahi jeera, khoya, and spices.Stuffed chicken breast are marinated in white marinating paste for few hours and then roasted in tandoor or barbecue.
9 Tangri chicken
Tangri(pronounced as Tangdi) simply means the leg or drumstick. Chicken leg pieces is marinated in curd ,ginger,garlic and spices .Then marinated chicken leg pieces are grilled in tandoor or barbecue.
10. Kurkure chicken supremo
Kurkure chicken supremo are made from stuffed chicken tender with mozzarella cheese,then diped in egg and coated with panco then deep fried.it can be served with green chutney or garlic dip. It is crunch from outside and soft inside.

It is made from chicken thigh pieces marinated in lemon juice and spices.then again marinated in different marinating paste of hung curd ,degi mirch hydrabadi masala.They are arranged in skewers with capsicum and onion and roasted in tandoor or oven.
13. Ajwaine chicken tikka
A generous quantity of ajwain gives a distinct flavour to it. Chicken pieces are marinated in carom seeds, yogurt,ginger, garlic paste, red chilli flakes and salt.

21. Sadaf chicken jamun
Sadaf chicken jamun are made from the mixture of minced chicken chilli, ginger garlic and spices, and stuffed with onion , butter, shahi jeera and molded into round shape. Then fried in non stick pan and Keep it aside to cool down. Then these round shaped balls are marinated in hung curd, cream, Cashew egg whites .Later they are roasted in tandoor or oven .
22. Chicken palate
Chicken palate is made from chicken breast slices.it is marinated for few hours in chickpea flour , ajwaine ,curd ,lemon juice and spices. Then grilled on pan with little oil Ande served with green chutney.
23.Chicken Reshmi tikka
Boneless chicken meat marinated in rich cream and cashew nut marinade and cooked on charcoal or Tandoor. Then spread egg foam on chicken and roast again in tandoor until it becomes light golden brown and serve hot with green chutney.
24. Bharwa bate (egg)
Bate(egg)is a Arabic name. Slice boiled egg in half lengthwise and remove yolk.Then stuff the mixture of roasted chicken mince, onion,shahi jeera,green chillies into egg whites. it is served with green chutney.
25. Bate kabab
It is made from the mixture of boil egg whites ,ginger , green chillies, coriander,corn flour,maida and shaped into Patties or tikki and deep fried.These patties or tikki are marinated in hung curd,cream , musturd oil and spices . Then roasted in tandoor and serve with green chutney.
26. Chicken Noorani seekh kabab
They are made from the mixture of chicken mince, cheese, cardamom, Green chilli, Ginger, garlic coriander, grated paneer and beetroot.This mixture is molded onto skewers and grilled in barbecue.
27. Balsa tikka
It is made from boneless chicken thighs. Marinated in lemon juice, green chillies, hang curd, cream, onion, brawn cashew paste, balsa masala and mushturd oil.
Marinated chicken tikka roasted in tandoor or oven and serve with green chutney.
28. Murg ke Sooley
Boneless chicken is marinated in hang curd Ginger garlic paste, brawn onion, cashew paste, red chilli powder, whole crushed coriander, Sooley garam masala. Marinated chicken are rosted in tandoor or oven.

31. Potli kabab

It is a very popular chicken recipe. Chicken pieces are weaved on skewers and then either they are fried or grilled on on hot charcoal.

Boneless chicken breasts are Marinated in the mixture of curd, schezwan chutney, onion and garlic, yellow and red capsicum, mayonnaise,oil.then roasted in tandoor or oven.
35. Masala Chicken tangri. Marinated curd red chilli powder cumin powder Shahi masala garam masala. Ginger garlic paste. Lemon juice.Kasuri methi powder. black salt mushturd oil. mixture N.Rost tandoor or oven.
N keep this aside .
Heat some oil in a kadai or nonstick pan add n chop garlic
After brown. chop colour papper
onion salt chilli powder garam masala N Cream.After a little bit roast then tangri mix .
and sarve green chutney garlic dipp.

37. Irani murg
Iranians make Kababs in a variety of different styles and tastes. Chicken Irani kabab is one of them. It tastes delicious & yummy.
This recipe uses very little oil for shallow frying, but the traditional dish is barbecued and considered to be very healthy.
Marinate the chicken, onion, capsicum & tomato with roasted fenugreek powder, pepper powder, red chilli powder, salt & vinegar for 6 hours.
Skew chicken, onion, capsicum & tomato one by one in the skewer.
Heat oil in a non-stick tawa.
Shallow fry the skewed chicken & vegetables till golden brown.
Remove from tawa. Spread lemon juice.
Serve hot.
